Our iphone app

Our iphone application - Aus Pubcrawl went on sale today.

Between Greg, Morgan and I, it has been a huge, but rewarding effort.

Most of the work to make this happen had to be scheduled around our day jobs.

You can purchase the app here. For much less than the price of a beer, you can generate all sorts of pub crawls in every major city in Australia. Next, the world.

Sneak Peek - our iPhone app

Here is a sneak peek from our iPhone app.

Sydney and the iPhone

We are pleased to announce that Sydney has been added to the growing number of Australian cities on the site.

Constructing the Sydney database has been a mighty effort. If for any reason, you find that a pub is missing or an address is incorrect, please let us know via the following link. or drop us a note at service at pubcrawlgenerator dot com dot au.

Work has commenced on Brisbane and Perth, we should have them up and running within the next month.

We also broke ground on the iPhone version of pubcrawlgenerator.com.au. We are still at the scope/estimation stage, so stay tuned.

Adelaide and the Awesome Venue Plan

We just made a couple of major upgrades to the site.

First, we have now added central Adelaide as a second city on pubcrawlgenerator.com.au. Sydney will be next, dates will be announced in the next update.

Second, we have developed an "Awesome Venue Plan" which will provide venue owners and managers with a way to be more prominently featured in pubcrawl search results and also, to provide venues with a very easy to use portal to provide prospective visitors with information about their venue. To see what we are on about, go to

www.pubcrawlgenerator.com.au/venues.

We created a glossy brochure as well as video to demonstrate the facility. So if you are venue manager or owner, take a look.

New pub crawl generator website features

Today we put the "closed" sign on door of www.pubcrawlgenerator.com.au , crossed our fingers and deployed a series of updates to the website.

So far so good.

Beta Status

Our fledgling site "officially" moved to "beta" status yesterday. In practical terms, we think that most of the functions are fairly stable and reliable..we had "fun" over the last few days testing all manner of browsers and display settings.
